The University of Nicosia, the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies and the European Parliament Office in Cyprus invites you to the conference: “I thought I was applying as a caregiver”: Trafficking in Women for Labour Exploitation in Domestic Work.
The aim of the conference is to initiate public dialogue on the issue with the contribution of policy makers, researchers/academics, as well as representatives of civil society, and to present and discuss recent research findings and share experience in the area of trafficking in women for labour exploitation in domestic work at the EU level and at the Member State level.
